First off, we are so sorry to have our dear customers deal with this. For us, it’s the worst possible way to end an already challenging year for us- due to the economy and consumer spending on the decline- this is the last thing our small business needs to be dealing with.

We’re shipping as many orders as possible via UPS where costs are comparable to Canada Post, to keep things moving for you.

For more remote or rural locations and U.S. orders, we may need to hold off shipping temporarily because the rates we are given with UPS (the least expensive option for us currently) can be up to 4x the rates of Canada Post - and neither our customer or us a the business can afford those rates!
